I’d like to travel around one summer visiting my family, my uncles & little cousins in Latvia, my Aunty in Alsace and maybe even my cousin in Strasbourg, I loved Alsace when I visited, lots of mountains. My nana’s in Chinon is indisputable. My Spanish family in Cordoba, and to see Seville again, Seville is one of the few places I’ve visited only twice and envisioned myself living there, I was enamoured by it. It would be so nice to see everybody.

I found this picture of Ri I’d saved on my phone about a year?? ago & ohhhh. She looks so good with this hair. Anyway I saved it to show my sister how to cut my fringe at the time & now I think about it, I can’t think of one time I’ve had my hair done and haven’t used a picture of Rihanna as a reference. I dont even know if its a subconscious thing or if I’m so used to copying her its not even a thing. The caramel blonde, short, shaven Rated-R era hair literally changed my fifteen-year old life, she could have shaven hair and not give a fuck but be so pretty whilst doin it. Like that was a whole new idea on femininity for me. Mine was exactly the same & when she wore it curled on top for the Rudeboy video, God I was infatuated with that hairstyle, I used to salt spray & curl the shit out of my short hair. Then for the Man Down video she was throwing around that insane weave, and I could actually imagine how good tossing around a long, scruffy weave would feel just watching her. So I spent the summer with extensions in, and for prom I copied her chunky, waist length side plait in that video. Then around the time I saw her live she had that fucking amazing blonde, 60s middle-part fringe, style, ugh I looove, and I copied that too. I sound insane but this isn’t even all the hairstyles I’ve copied of hers and its been fun reminiscing so I don’t even regret this post
